Via the Creator and Publishing product lists you have the option to sort by latest modified product using one of many filters accessible in iPublisher.
After entering either Creator or Publishing the filter is located at the right of the application.
This enables you to see newly modified products and the dates can easily be sorted by clicking on the up and down arrow.
